💚일단 무조건 알아야 할 표현들부터 정리할게요💚
📍내가 메일 쓰는 이유는 : I'm writing to to ask that / This is to ask for~
📍~ 관련 문제가 생겼다:I have a problem with
📍보상을 원한다:
I would like to be compensated / I want to be compensated/

I feel that I'm entitled to a compensation /

📍배송이 늦어서: due to late delivery / slow shipping/
📍서비스가 형편없어서: because of poor service /
📍당신네 제품 때문에: as a direct result of your product~ /

We expected the products to be perfectly packaged,
but instead they were not packeaged and even some were broken.
물건이 다 포장되서 오기를 기대했는데/ 포장도 안되있고 어떤것들은 깨져있었네요.
I despise having to do this, but I'm afraid I must ask for full compensation.
